Nature Nook florist provides flower delivery throughout Cincinnati, OH. Located in Cleves, OH we are convenient for daily flower delivery to the Cincinnati tri-state area which also includes Harrison, OH, Lawrenceburg, IN and Northern Kentucky.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest flowers. That's why your satisfaction is always guaranteed. If you're not happy with your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the flowers or refund your money if you contact us within a reasonable period time, generally 1 to 5 days of delivery.

9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday
9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday
9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday
and 10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. Saturday

Sunday funeral flower deliveries are available providing the order is received in time to accomodate your request. If you wish to place a Sunday funeral delivery on Saturday we recommend that you call us directly to discuss your needs. All other Sunday flower delivery requests will be delivered the following business day.

After hour orders can be placed on our website or you may leave a voicemail message and we will return your call the next business morning.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Flower delivery fees vary by location and range from $6.00 to $11.50. Our direct flower delivery area includes Cincinnati, OH; Cleves, OH; Harrison, OH; North Bend, OH; Lawrenceburg, iN; Northern Kentucky.

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will contact you in the event that our delivery truck has left earlier for the delivery area you are requesting.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Sunday funeral flower deliveries are available providing the order is received in time to accomodate your request. If you wish to place a Sunday funeral delivery we recommend that you call us directly to discuss your needs. All other Sunday flower delivery requests will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

For shipped items:
Allow 2 to 6 business days for delivery of Gift Baskets in the Specialty Gift Baskets section. Other fruit, gourmet and snack baskets are available for faster delivery by calling our shop directly at 1(800) 981-7583 or (513) 467-1988.

International Orders
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
